Description: Grab your bestie, mom, sister and come bake the fluffiest and tastiest gluten free scones with Jul's! In this intimate baking class you will bake a batch of Jul's Gluten Free Scones and learn from Jul's about baking with gluten free flours. Gluten + Dairy Free baking is tricky, but Jul's will share a few artisan baking techniques that she has picked up from her 18+ years of baking with Celiac Disease!
At the end of the class we will take a few moments to enjoy a few of our freshly baked Fruit Scones paired with a local wine/tea beverage of your choice. Take home the rest of your baked scones & one of Jul's New Gluten Free Baking Mixes to bake yourself at home!

Ingredients: Jul's Flour Blend: (sorghum flour, organic brown rice flour, garfava flour, organic buckwheat flour, arrowroot flour, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, baking powder (no aluminum), baking soda (no aluminum), sea salt, xanthan gum, guar gum), ghee or Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread, Thai Coconut milk , eggs, blueberries, organic cane sugar, organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, pure vanilla, lemon peel
